Q: How much does ice rental cost?

A: For association members, ice rental is $175 for the first hour, and $150 for each subsequent hour. The cost is $250/hr for non-members. Schools, Sanilac County non-profit organizations and fundraising groups may be eligible for a discounted rate (contact us with your inquiry.)

Q: Who do I contact to book ice rental?

A: Send an inquiry email to sanilachockey@outlook.com or our Facebook page and someone will respond to you promptly. 

Q: How can I become a coach or official for the SCHA?

A: Go to www.usahockey.com and get all the info. 

Q: How much do open skating sessions cost? Do you rent skates?

A: Open skate admission is $5. We have skates available for rental for $2.

Q. Is skate sharpening available at the arena?

A. Skate sharpening is available at the pro shop for $8. Pro shop times vary.

Q: What other team(s) call the SCHA/Colleen J. Howe Arena home?

A: The Thumb Area Legion high school team debuted at our facility in 2018-19.
